To tie up the past three episodes that discuss igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks, we talk about the rock cycle and how these rock types are interrelated.  We also talk about how humans play a part in this cycle! 

Admittedly our favorite rock type, sedimentary rocks are the most common type of rocks found all over the world. Why are they our favorite? It's where we find our fossils, of course! Dive in and learn about how these rocks are formed and some common types. 

Metamorphic rocks form under a lot of pressure and temperature and can be created from any other rock, whether it be igneous, sedimentary, or even another metamorphic rock! In this episode, we go over the basic types of metamorphic rocks and a brief overview of the environments they form in.
